Agreement to Terms

By using the services of BridgePeak Lynwood Landscaping, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work with us. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are provided based on the specific agreement between BridgePeak Lynwood Landscaping and the client.

Service descriptions and quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during work. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule services based on availability and weather conditions. While we do our best to honor scheduled dates, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or equipment issues may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee, especially if materials have been purchased or crew has been dispatched.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your quote.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less. If legal action is required to collect payment, you agree to pay our reasonable attorney fees and collection costs.

Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has clear access to work areas and that gates or locks are unlocked on scheduled service days.

Please remove any obstacles, toys, or valuable items from work areas before we arrive. We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas. If you have pets, please secure them indoors or in an area away from where we will be working.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days so we can address your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues at no additional charge.

Plant materials come with a limited warranty based on proper care and watering. Living plants cannot be guaranteed indefinitely as many factors beyond our control affect their health. We will discuss specific warranty terms during your consultation.

Limitation of Liability

We carry general liability insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that are not properly marked or disclosed to us before work begins.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
